Long time in business; I am originally from Peru and came here to Farmingdale NY when I was 18 years old, I studied English as second language, worked in car dealers (months), worked in laboratories(months), warehouses(months), factories(months), restaurant(months) and last house construction and remodeling for years up to now. It’s good to have social interaction with different types of people.
Now, As a home improvement contractor, I have been in deals with homeowners, investors, tenants, landlords for years face to face and over the phone, negotiation, marketing, and free estimate of thousands of houses, all type of properties to remodel. And me and my brother bought several houses and rented them.
I spoke with accountants, lawyers, judges, engineers, doctors, businesspeople, singers, workers, poor people, middle class people, wealthy people, and all types of people. So, it means I can deal, negotiate, and talk with people comfortable selling your house or get your house of your dreams at best price.
I traveled several countries like Mexico, Peru, Guatemala, Colombia, Ecuador, and several states here in USA. I have been in all types of situations that jeopardized my integrity, but I am still taking risks sometimes and never lose family values like respect, trust, honesty, loyalty, and much more.
Friendly with computers and have 2 computers that I use, I built websites, design social media pages, blogs, edit videos, work with computer codes, computer programs, used web servers, online marketing, SEO, google search, use MLS, and much more. Ready to take your house and advertise it anywhere to the market resulting fast action.
As you can see, I am not a kid in the block that wants and wishes to help you to sell a house, I am an experienced person with knowledge, experience, and willingness to make business decisions.
